Ingredients

Lamb, Hogget or Mutton mince
1 medium onion, very finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients together and let rest.
• Form little sausages
• Fry in non stick pan without added oil until cooked, do not over cook.
