Lamb or Hogget Cutlets
An absolute favorite for every party!
1/2 medium onion
3 tablespoons yoghurt
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste
- To make the marinade blend all marinade ingredients together.
- Rub on lamb or hogget cutlet and put in the fridge to marinate, the longer the better.
- Remove from the fridge about an hour before grilling for 4 – 5 minutes on each side.
